Who is it for?
As workcamp leaders are usually also volunteers and often, it’s their first experience with leading such an activity, we would like to support them by this handbook, so they are able to easily understand the basics of learning in volunteering and have variety of methods to use with the participants.
Of course, this handbook is also useful for leaders of other types of projects, working with groups of participants - facilitators, trainers or youth workers - who work with learning reflection in their activities.

Who is a campleader?
Each workcamp has its own campleaders. Their role is to take care of a group of international volunteers from all over, connect the group with the local community, as well as organize activities during workcamp and reflect learning with volunteers.
